What happened to the amazing handles?

We purchased this stove for many reasons. One of the reasons were the handles (as seen in product listing in Amazon. Well, our stove arrived. The wood...More
We purchased this stove for many reasons. One of the reasons were the handles (as seen in product listing in Amazon. Well, our stove arrived. The wood door has the handle as shown in original photo - however, the vent handle is plain. VERY disappointing (see pic). There are no instructions for assembling unit and we also received a bottle of oil?!?! We have not opened it - the label is written in Chinese?!?! The posting listed nothing about oil being included. Not sure what it's for?!?!

Overall, the unit works, no leaks.
